Skills are defined as special abilities which must be equipped in a skill slot. The skill bar includes 8 slots. To highlight the first 4 slots, hold L1 and to highlight the second 4 slots, hold L2. Cross, Triangle, Square, and Circle are used to activate the 4 skills in the highlighted section of the skill bar. There are a total of 10 skill bars which can be switched through using the up and down directional buttons. This topic lists the non-Jutsu abilities which are available to all players.
1. Rest
This skill allows the user to either sit on the ground, or rest against/on a nearby wall or sitting area. Health, Stamina, and Chakra are regained while resting. You can simply press the button to activate the most basic form of this skill (sitting on something or leaning against a wall) while holding the button will activate a more advanced form (lying down or sleeping).
2. Water Surface Walking
This is a passive skill. Upon learning this skill, characters gain the ability to walk on the surface of a body of water.
3. Chakra Adhesion
This is a passive skill. Upon learning this skill, characters gain the ability to defy gravity and walk on walls and ceilings.
4. Cooking
This school is learned as soon as a player attempts to cook something. Cooking can be complex and tedious but can often give great rewards.
5. Craftsmanship
